Zion Lutheran School offers both half-day and full-day Kindergarten. Both programs are designed to prepare children for first grade. The core curriculum for full-day Kindergarten will occur in the mornings. However, enrichments will rotate through morning and afternoon classes.

Purpose Statement
The goal of Zion School is to help students develop a relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior. Although much time is spent on spritiual and academic growth, significant emphasis is placed on the socialization of children.


Spiritual Life

Religion: Children grow spiritually through daily devotions, singing praises, Bible stories, Easter and Christmas events, and the ongoing teaching of Christianity throughout the school day.

Chapel: Students gather together each week for a worship service that includes prayer, music, Christian mission opprotunities, and age appropriate talks. Parents are welcome to join us.

Special Activities: Grandparents Day, buddy activities with 5th and 6th grade students, and a play performed by the kindergartners all add to the excitement of the year.
